Guarantees on our work

All of the skilled labour on our work is guaranteed for 12 months.  Parts are guaranteed for a minumum of 12 months.  Some manufacturers provide longer guarantees and we can advise you on these when applicable.  Any components and equipment we install are selected for their quality and durability and are covered by manufacturers warranties and guarantees.  Our 32 years experience in the industry enables us to select parts and equipment which we know to be of high quality. 

In the unlikely event that you do experience any problems after we have left your premises we operate a fast-response policy in returning to remedy any problems where appropriate for us to do so, or in assisting our customers with their contact with manufacturers and suppliers of, for example, bathroom goods.

Our accreditation with organisations such as CSCS and JIB brings to our customers the reassurance that our work as electricians and electrical contractors continues to be assessed on a regular basis.
